Daniel Lerner of Lima, Peru and Trina Lerner Brammah of UK origin have lived in San Roque De Cumbaza a small village just outside the city of Tarapoto for the past ten years.  They are the founders of ‘Sachaqa Centro De Arte’ a center for the preservation of Indigenous arts and the development and presentation of a contemporary/modern standard.

Daniel has spent many years connecting with the people of Chazuta and San Roque De Cumbaza, he has worked for both local Municipalidad/Government offices developing tourism in the area.

Daniel has a great relationship with people in general.   Our family is part of a larger community/family, we feel integrated into life here.   You will be welcomed into a large family of friends, happy to exchange knowledge and ideas.

We believe Sacharuna Adventure stands apart from other tourist agencies –  we are genuinely passionate about sustainable living and love the amazon and her people.
